Gundam Seed Songs

I'm not sure if this is the perfect forum for this but it's partially anime. I TOTALLY LOVE GUNDAM SEED SONGS! however, I don't know the name of that 1 song that introduces it back from commercials where Lacus is spinning and either Athrun or Kira are smoking a bubble pipe. I'd like to know what that song's name is called. Anybody know? btw. this song was also played when Athrun and Kira saw each other when birdy flew away in phase 28 |

Is the song by a guy or a girl? Cuz when you say "phase 28", im thinking Meteor by T. M. ReVolution.
