It's basically about this 14 year old boy named Daisuke, who on his fourteenth birthday finds out then whenever he becomes enamored with Risa, a random classmate who he has a crush on, he turns into the legendary phantom theif dark, and then his family makes him steal crap. It's beautiful. But to make matters even more interesting, the only way Daisuke can turn back to normal is by winning the love of Risa, except Risa's in love with Dark and Daisuke can't tell Risa he's really Dark... And Dark's in love with Risa's twin Riku but Riku likes Daisuke. and don't worry... I havent given away ANY major plot points. this craps all introduced right near the begining. So if you're into bizarre love ermmm... circles... yes... circles.. then you should totally get this. It's actually a really good anime! Ihavent seen all of it yet, but I did like what I have gotten to see, the story's really interesting and the musics good to. ^^ All in all I'd say it'd be worth getting! And it's got Satoshi in it. And i'm a Satoshi fangirl so yeah! Go Satoshi! ^^ No way to make a living; Masochism; Pain; Perfection; Muscle Spasms; Chiropractors; Short Carrers Eating Disorders! |

I preferred the manga over the anime. The artwork was just beautiful. Yes, the music was wonderful. Oh, and also Satoshi's trying to capture Dark, so that adds an edge to the storyline. ^__^

DNAngel...the great anime i've ever watch some of good romantic anime, the manga and the anime series are diferent but 'cause of that i'm watch the anime series after finished the manga ^_^ |

It's definitely worth getting. The art is drool-worthy and the plot is an interesting one. I've only read the manga, but from what I hear it's better than the anime. ^_^
Why is it that whenever something appears to be fun, it nearly kills me?

where do i start? Ah My Goddess that is like my obsession for the current time frame right now! krad is so Badass! Satoshi im under the impression that he LIKES Daisuke! yaoi! Dark is the ultimate antihero who is so smug you just have to like him. and dai-chan is too cute to be a guy! as a matter of fact i wish he werent he's soo adoreable! Saga is another one i think likes dai, and funabashi is a minion... that is such a fun word 'Minion'. Takeshi is crazy and Masahiro is the guy who follows him around like a puppy. who wouldnt want Emiko for a mother? shes outragous, and wiz is the cutest thing ever drawn! his name is 'Wiz' not 'With', never 'with' it is not cool enough to be his name. "Kyuu!"

DNAngel is AWSOME! just don't watch the dub, the sub is much better! some of the funny parts in the sub loses it's meaning in the dub because of the translation... The ending completes the anime, and it's a very touching ending scene!
