letters in html!!

if I made a site with Egyptian letters or Arabic(Egypt) people in the republic will recive the letters well. other people who lives in UAE(United Arab Em.),KSA(Kindom of SaudiArabia),SAR(Syrian Arab republic),....etc letters would not appear!!! Is there a solution where I can write Arabic(Egypt) and to be seen by all Arabian people?!! YoGa |

| not sure by this. do you mean all people can read the letters or those who only install the language package can do so? cause i think it's by right that they had installed the language packet that's why they could read the language in the first place. |
