ive seen Lain, Wolfs rain and all the boogiepops so its not really unheard of.Yakitate japan is actually a fun anime to watch. if ur into bread i mean? I think the american version of Scryed that they call s-CRY-ed is really gay. although the coloring has gotten brighter its the same dam show from japan like mad long years ago. the animes i think ppl dont watch is: Emma, Macross X, SD gundam, Violin of Hamln, doraemon somehting, lost crusade, Xenosaga anime, Kino's Travels<-- really boring, and most of the h-animes like ultimate girls and such, Anyone heard of Blue Tide Line?, and wat bout Trinity Blood? I watch Suzuka and Marchen awakens romance so i dont really know anyone that watches these right now either.  |

hm...around my area, yakitate is actually pretty famous. O_o everyone here watches/reads it. i thought kino's travels was really good...>.> but that's just me, i guess. tide line blue! yeah, i watch it. seems intruiging. :D trinity blood doesn't seem to be getting anywhere though...>.> but it's still in my good book! XD haha. suzuka and mar are...well...kinda mediocre for me. haha. don't watch them much. forgot to mention, another really "unknown" anime out there would probably be 12Kingdoms...

SOMEONE ELSE HAS WATCHED BOOGIEPOP! *Rejoices noisily* It's my favorite. ^-^ I've seen S-CRY-ed, but I didn't like it. I LOVE FLCL/Furi Kuri/Fooly Cooly. I have the first two manga (there are going to be more, right?) and I've seen one episode of the anime series. I've seen Legendz on the manga shelf in Suncoast. Heard of Mai Hime - Kajiura Yuki, one of my favorite music composers, did some music for that. |

Violinist of Hameln, for both anime and manga. I downloaded the entire anime, and I've read up to the middle of Volume Six (damn you lack of translated scans!!) I'm obsessed with it, but I haven't been able to find many people who know about it. Lute = luff. <3 |

@animelover: nope.. many people heard of it... ^^ If some of the most well-known or famous people are shown in an anime/manga... it'll be popular ^^ anywhoo... Mekakushi no Kuni Penguin Revolution....

Serial Experiments Lain isn't really all that unheard of, it's just wasn't liked by as many people as it deserved. I bought the boxed set and loved it. And Mai-HiME! Yes, one of my two all-time favorites! RahXephon is the other, another less popular, under-rated anime. Another anime that you should watch would possibly be Re: Cutie Honey. I'd say it's about what you'd get if you crossed FlCl, Puni Puni Poemi, and Sailor Moon. Hilarious, perverted bishoujo warior of love anime; what more could you ask for? How about it's unlicensed and fansubs available on AnimeSuki? |
