Uploading A Song Not on the Requested List

I myself have been searching forever for "Hashi no Hate" (Vocal) and the full version of Yumemiru Tameni from Saikano. So I finally bought the special edition CD from Japan. I'm sure that there are others looking for these songs but the upload screen says not to upload them without them being requested. What should I do? I love these songs and really want to share them.

if you want to see it on this website, you may request it! then upload it. thats no problem with me.

Yea, I wanted to do that but the "No New Requests" put a halt to that plan.
