Uploading better quality version

Hmm it's like this. I downloaded "Kimi Wa Boku Ni Niteiru" from here and then I got a better quality mp3 from IRC. But it says to only upload files on the Request list and not to upload songs that are already hosted. Is there nothing I can do?

unless the bitrate is under 128kbps i will not bother changing it.
