Anyone seen AI? If that's where you were thinking about EricsoLazy. Ghost in the Shell for real one day. And who knows... maybe Aibo's going to look like a real beagle one day. All I would want to know is what can happen later on. If it is ill will, then you'd be right Polski Artysta. Many science fictions stories have been created about robots and their benefits and harms to the human race, maybe too many to know all. But mistakes are much easier to make than what's right. I just don't want something unneeded to happen. |

What can I say? What should I say? We've been blessed by intelligence, and with this, we are exhausting every resource we have to be more successful than we are now. I recognize the ingenuity of us, humans, but sometimes, we have to pause and think if the "necessities" we are trying to achieve or discover are really necessary. In the end, we may just be looking for a faster way to end our existence. More so, break the world more than it is now. As Gabriel Marcel has said, "Science is a tragic convenience*." * Well, it is a paraphrase of what he has said. ^_^ |
