absolutely nothing. the only reason that i say to delete them within 24 hours is to help prevent the IRAA from suing me or whatever.
as for your recycling bin: once its emptied, the pointers to the file have disappeared but it is sometimes possible to find them again with advanced programs like Norton.

Thanks for replying, I just figured somehow it would stay on my comp even when deleted.
"Probably thought that only because of tv lol, I just remember seeing someone on tv find information on a computer even after it was deleted."

uh, what if you have itunes and convert the file to mp3 then delete the one that you downloaded, wouldn't that get rid of the possibly chance of IRRA finding out?

do whatever you like on your own computer. the IRAA isnt out to get you, but me. you can choose to not follow the rule of deleting within 24 hours and i have no way to enforce it.

IRAA is good internet security.
but they arent resposlible for mp3 crime.
they only stop hacker from making net trafic.
company of music will get you insted.
