When I know my request was removed

| From the automated emails I got some time before about my requests being removed for reasons, near the end it states that if I did request the song again, the request would be deleted. That part scares me a bit. Does that mean that also no one else may be able to request that same song? I mean, NOT that I tell them to request them or make another account and use that, but if by chance they request the same song? Thank you. |

i have removed more than one request for the same song before, but it is unlikely to happen. the reason is, if it is popular enough to be requested more than once, it will likely get many votes and be uploaded rather than removed. however, some series like initial d and prince of tennis, having so many songs devoted to them (62 and 63 respectively!) i remove right away to allow for less popular songs to have a chance at being uploaded.
