The person who sang it was Stellar's voice actress (I think). I'm not quite sure but I think it was her. Don't remember her name though...

Stellar's seiyuu is Houko Kuwashima. I believe she also was the seiyuu for Sango in Inuyasha. ^.^ Shinkai no Kodoku first played in episode 21; it was beautiful yet sad. Makes me not wanna watch ep. 32-Stellar anymore T_T
