Help needed from a Japanese member

Hi, is anyone on this forum living in Japan? There are some mp3s I'd like to purchase, but unfortunately they are only available to mobile users on certain networks. You need a Dwango account to access their app for downloading music, which isn't easy, you need to be on Softbank, Au or Docomo to be able to register for an account. If anyone could help me out with this I will repay them greatly. I've looked everywhere, iTunes, Amazon.jp, but the links posted are the only places they show up on Google. It's probably exclusive to those services, it's very frustrating, The title is Beyond the ボーダーライン!
