Can't enter chat

Every time I try to enter chat I get a popup which says: Applicated Blocked by Security Settings. Then it tells me that I need to install Java even though I'm up to date with that. Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know how to fix it? |

Simply go into your programs and settings, and manually uninstall any previous versions of Java. AFter that, you should be fine if you go into your Java settings and whitelist "http://gendou.com"  |
