hiring j-pop singer for anime video game [PAID]

I'm looking for a j-pop / teen pop singer (example: Aya Hirano http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZ43a7GtE_k) for a client project. Upbeat, cheerful, fun, youthful, etc. A western singer in this genre might be someone like Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, Avril Lavigne, etc. Song is in English so I need to hear a demo in English, but the music sounds like j-pop so understanding that style is key. Client is an independent video game developer with a game that has anime art and is pretty far along. Budget is to be negotiated, but it will be at minimum $150.
