Cannot mention a post being modified or deleted unless you want a post to be modified or deleted. Wording could be better, but that's basically the gist of my proposed rule, since it's apparently in effect anyways. Might want to make it official. I'm gonna laugh if this post is deleted or modified. |

I modified the unrelated part of your post, and deleted the other one because it was unrelated. The op of that thread had one word spelled wrong, just so you know. Most likely a typo. Don't be a douche and you won't have to worry.  |

Yet double posts and worthless posts that add nothing to the thread like "^^" are worthy of being untouched. There's always the easy excuse of moderators being busy or having missed it, but after reporting them and seeing no change at all for a couple of days... Is the report function worthless? Well, you can see my frustration when my post is almost immediately dealt with. And I highly doubt anyone reported it in that short timeframe. Also, you're mistaken. My original message in that topic included the modified message in the thread now. Only part of it was unrelated. You could have just edited my first one instead of outright deleting it. By the way, I just skimmed it again, but the guy has five typos. Six if you count a repeated word. You might want to check that. If I was typing profanities to everyone in the forum or linking child porn or something else that's terrible, that would warrant the label of a "douche". But all I did was point out the guy's annoying behavior that isn't banned by gendou forum rules. And try to give advice to the OP. So please don't imply that I'm a douche. It's a bit irritating, to say the least. And if that wasn't what you were going for, please watch your diction in the future to avoid unnecessary conflict. |

First of all, reports don't go to all the moderators, only the admin. Also, directly targeting Sih asking her to not respond to you is pretty damn rude. Sih isn't really breaking any rules, only necroposting. Sure it's annoying, but it's not breaking any rules. She and I have come to terms about her forum posting anyways, so please do not worry about what she posts on. Also, if there's more then I really did miss them, cause I only counted one. Either way, if you wanted to point out how old the thread was, you should have just not posted in it as well. Necroposting is only encouraged when more people respond to such an old thread. If Sih wants to necropost, let her. Just don't respond to it, encouraging more necroposting in a thread that is probably not relevant anymore to the site. Sorry for calling you a douche. I was just really upset at the time (not particularly at you) and I was taking it out on everybody. |

Huh, is that so. Only the admin, alright. I only said that since the whole point of me posting in that dead thread would be ruined, not because of hatred or anything. I think I explained that in my deleted post. The blinking eyes REALLY bug me for some reason. I mainly only go to the gendou city section on this website, so I think I'd go crazy from seeing that everyday. The necroposting itself is annoying, but I can ignore it. I'll say it again: it's the blinking eyes. I would have posted something after Roxas in the "Welcome to Gendou City!" topic if he had a blinking avatar similar to Sih's to get rid of it. Of course, I could have just PMed Sih to change her avatar, but that would be selfish of me. She obviously liked it, which is why she has it as her avatar. I'm not going to ask her to change it just to suit myself. She can post anywhere she wants, even gendou city. If she participates in a RP I wouldn't particularly mind as long as she followed the rules. Even with her blinking avatar, since others would post after her and such. So, it would be a minor irritation. But posting in a thread that's a year old is more meaningless than the other threads she posts in. At least in the other threads, others can participate if they want to (like in the anime recommendations thread). In a RP thread that's been dead for a year, nobody else will contribute anything. So it would stay there forever. Your triforce and SRT's avatar in the gendou city section don't really bother me for some reason. Also, that one guy's avatar that resembled a broken TV didn't bother me either. Might be related to that psychological study of staring somehow. TL; DR: If you want me to go insane, make every user's avatar have blinking eyes somewhere. I don't hate Sih. 1. benifit 2. ultamite 3. Apperance 4. ther 5. startegy 6. Apperance (again) May be more, but I don't want to go through that again. And it's not a big deal. And apology accepted. Thank you for being mature about it. Hope you feel better soon. |

Basically you just don't like her avatar and that's all there is to it? I understand some avatars are hard to look at, but alas, her avatar is not breaking any rules. Maybe you can just block the url of her avatar? |

Yep, which is why I did what I did. I don't know of any programs that can block pictures. Not that technology literate. But yeah, if there is a program like that, would be useful. |

download firefox or chrome, then install "adblock plus" then right click the image and block it. or get the url of it and block it manually. It's really not that difficult. Just have an adblocker think it's an ad. I'm locking this thread. If you've got any more questions, message me personally and I'll be more than happy to answer them. |
