Question about the request rules + song name

Firstly, I think I'll make a topic to ask for clarification on this, since I know mod won't read my post in the report thread if I used modify post to add stuff again. I just want some clarification regarding the rules. I've seen today that someone had successfully uploaded "Sakura Mitsutsuki", an ending of Gintama, to the site and now it's up on the download page as well. I've reported request about this song twice already (second time through modify post function, since it won't let me double-post...so I assume that you guys didn't catch that). And now I see the song up on the download page...despite of the fact that the actual song won't be officially released until next two weeks (March 13). I do believe that there are mods who take care of what get onto the download page and so on too, no? That's where my question come. So, does this mean it's actually OK for us to request and upload PV-ripped full version of song before actual release? Because if you guys allow that song to bypass the rule by actually allowing it to show on the download page, then I'll know that I don't have to report such issue the next time. Moreover, I'll actually help to upload those songs if you guys want (since tbh, I have the PV-ripped version of that song ever since one month ago...-_-") Also, I have another question. I noticed that whenever I upload song that has its file name or song's name written in Japanese, it seems like it never get to you guys or something, since I have them as "pending" for months and months that I have to go in and actually just cancelled it myself (it got on my nerves a bit...-_-"). Is there some problem with the Japanese name? Just wondering. ._." |

I didn't notice it was a PV-rip. Thanks for letting me know! Sorry I didn't see your other post. And, yes, I search the uploaded files by name, and will likely miss Japanese text.
