Wondering why those links go to a site charging 14.99 + for 1 song. Am I reading something wrong?

Technically you get 4 total tracks. The actual single itself, a side-b song, and both of their instrumental/karaoke/etc. versions.

still doesnt explain the cost. I thought id get a specific album of where ever that song is from at least. Anyone know of a cheaper site where I can find anime music from?

Albums that are imported are marked up to cover for the cost of shipping them overseas. That's why they are higher. Best way to find out if its cheaper is to check other sites yourself. You could probably find out faster that way than waiting for an answer here. Good luck.

Well actually, Japanese music is a bit expensive in general. Shipping costs or whatever is calculated after putting actual said item(s) in your cart and adding all the other personal info.
You might be able to find cheaper sites, maybe ebay, which I don't like personally, though some might be scams so be careful.
I'd just dL the song here, and wait for more singles from the artist, which increases the chances they'll work on a full album.

Music is similar in that sense though. If major sites have similar prices you're gonna have a harder time finding cheaper prices, plus yesasia is reliable if you're actually going to use it.

iTunes nowadays have digital copies of the songs (not sure if its internationally available and definitely not for all artists), that might be a cheaper solution (:
