What online radio shows do you listen to? I host one on Thursdays. 6-9 pm EST Music from video games, cartoons, and anime. http://www.whfr.fm But where do you go to hear your anime radio?

Just to make it easier for anyone living on the Pacific, I know, it's just 3 hours earlier, but I just thought I would say it =D. Yeah I know, "Thank you Capt. There's another site you guys may be familiar with called Japan-A-Radio. It has...of course...anime and J-pop tunes. Here's the link: www.japanaradio.com Check it out if you have the chance. |

Yeah, I've listened to Japan-a-Radio before. It's very good, but I get kind of annoyed by the "radio voice" announcer guy. But musically, it's great. My show is all about being open to new musical ideas. Lots of remixes, lots of randomness. But it's basically all about having fun. I hope you'll listen. The show is tonight. -Robb- PS. I do a call-in topic every week. I'll start a new thread about it in a sec. So look for that.

| try keiichi.net its also great. you can also request a music for them to play. but you should be paitent you request may come up. like 1 hours. after. but all in all it pure anime. |

Here's a couple of cool ones other than Japan-a-radio (which I quite liked). Try www.shoutcast.com and search for anime. There's also www.j-fan.com which is good. Whatever you do tho stay away from live365! It sounds too good to be true, but is bogus (when u D/L 'ware, u never know). (Try to donate to the radio site if you listen very often--what happened to anime.fm might happen to your fav site!) Brad

My anime club got me into Japan-A-Radio byt it was too much J-pop. I think I try these other four out.
Never date a guy stranger than you. If so, make sure he's loaded.

Well i often listen to japan a radio who provide very nice service to the listeners but i agree there is too much j-pop which isnt a bad thing. However, if you wish to listen to a more anime-focused station. Go to www.animeyume.org and select radio, however i think registration is required. BTW leave the site if u cant stand the popups lol....... the max listener is 300 but i dont think that'll be a problem since it usualy has like 10 listeners PS: LOLOL i totally agree with you robb on the DJ's voice..................cause he talks..............like this...<5min pause> you know? lol |
