No, and this is a stupid question to ask. However, if you become overly annoying to every user in chat, mods can ban you for that reason instead. Talking about someone and annoying everyone are different things, make sure you don't overdo it. And as another side note, you can also get in trouble if you talk about a banned user. So if your girlfriend is banned, then yes, you can and will get in trouble for it. EDIT: rofl ok I feel dumb for not looking up the logs before responding.
