Donation/# of DLs

Hi, I donated a bit but I was still a bit unclear as to how that works still. You check how many people sent a donation and then update the profile? Also, it says I have DLed 5 songs when I have only done 2. 1 of them I am still DLing. ??? Thanks!

each time you invoke the dl4.php file, your download_count gets incremented by +1. if i receive a notification of payment received from paypal, i send a form thank you letter to that paypal registered email address. if the address matches someone's account, you get your donation value added to your total donation value. simple.

i logged in and it showed 26 dls .. i dled 1 song and it's jumped to 28 ... O_o;.. figured you'd like to know about this bug or whatever...x_x;... additional info : i hit refresh after dling to see if it would increment.. this is when i noticed that after dling only 1 song it jumped from 26 to 28.. . Finally, thank you for starting to update more often again ^^! *after your reply* beh who knows.. buuuuut at least your updating again ^^..

there is no bug in my download script. i tested it under various conditions and i have log of you activity which matches. maybe your browser is retrying or refreshing for some reason.
