The artwork looks to be about mid 2000's. But the only characters I know with the name Misao are from Lucky Star, Detective Conan and Samurai X. And that is neither one of them.    |

| I don't really know a Misao but the characters really looks like Sai from Majin tantei Nougami Neuro. |

Note: Iuno if you still need this, but here you are: The image is an OC of Squ-chan's on DeviantArt. In other words, it's a made-up character, though the owner has also written a short story based on the two character's Misao and Kaito. Here are two more images of Kaito and Misao: Here and here It's sad really, i would have watched it if it was an anime. It looked good. :L   |
