Lyrics editing issue?

I can't seem to edit anything in the lyrics pages. It says that the editing tools are locked or something like that. I have the full lyrics to a song and I wanted to post them. Why is it locked/not working for me? |

the red highlight means it was removed therefore you cant edit lyrics for a song we dont have.
