Anyone else try using Gamefly? I've been thinking about trying it out. I think it's best for someone in my situation (off of school) and have "free time"... I read a bit about it from their website today and it seemed good. The details seemed nice and they seem to send the games quick. Think it's better than buying older games but you can also buy them from Gamefly, too. What do you guys think? Have you tried it/willing to try it? I'd love to add a bunch load of games into my PSN account since I've played a lot off of it. I can play other games which I wanted to try out but never did as well and it can save me money. I can beat the games quick and return 'em quick to try others quick without paying addition prices. There's a store in my state and along with free shipping, I'm sure it's overnight possibly. The first month is only like 8$ or 12$ for 2 games, still not bad. I might give it a go and stop when I start attending college this Fall (hopefully). ------- |

I've been wanting to try it out as well, but my dad doesn't believe in NetFlix, let alone Gamefly. It seems like a reliable service; one of my school friends uses it, and he recommends it, but other than that, I haven't heard much but praise. Like you said, they have a wide variety of games, that you can keep for however long you want, with no late fees. I'd say if you can't afford to buy the game, then definitely go with gamefly. |

lol why doesn't he believe in Netflix? Netflix is successful and GameFly seems successful as well. Members can also trade in games as well, cause I think I still have the original XBOX. And yeah I think it's a great way to play new games without buying them (you can also buy them from GameFly). What do you think about the price? Netflix I think is only 10$ a month. ------- |

He just doesn't believe in online transactions, because he thinks that everyone on the internet is either 1) a child rapist, or 2) an identity thief. The price, from what i remember, is reasonable. I think that two games out at once is just a few dollars more expensive then the 1 game right? I'm not too sure, but from what i remember, it's pretty reasonable. |

(lmao @ your dad, but he thinks smart) Here are the prices and no fees for anything (late fees, cancelation fees, none). I also think you get overnight shipping and it's easy to mail back games. ------- |

I think it's a good idea, especially if you don't feel like dishing out 60 or so bucks for new releases and such, and keeping them how long you want is just an added bonus. |

I think it's best for games that don't focus much on multiplayer. COD, Battlefield, KZ, would be bad choices possibly if you're into multiplayer. The only games I plan to buy later are B3 and AC3 but that's a long time away and yeah renting is good. I did some math if you play 2 games a week, maybe 8 games a month for a whole year, you save a crap load of money. It's possible those crazy people on the top of PS3trophy lists have like thousands of trophies!! ------- |

I tried gamefly and its great if you play games that aren't 80+ hours long or dont end up wanting the games after playing them but for me it was cheaper just to buy games used from gamestop, ebay, or amazon.
OMG Im pregnant!
