song problem

| i try to download "shizukana yoru ni" and it's suppose to be about 4 minutes long but when i finish downloading it, it only gave me 1/4 of the song. what happened? |

the problem is that you are using AOL. read the help file about partially downloaded files and how to solve the problem.
