not to add to much help, but this would have been impossible without notgeesus , since i mistakenly used A where i shouldnt have.

This was fairly simple by breaking down the alphabet, but I don't like that there isn't a hint that relates to what is MISSING from the end cipher (hint hint, 24 < 26)
