No way COD: Black Ops is, it's purely popular by its fanbase. And I can't say much personally about Halo. Splinter Cell: Conviction was pretty good, story was good, saw my friend play it, never got to see it online though since my friend was too chicken to try it out before trading it. So curious about Brotherhood though. If I still lived in the city I might be able to try it out. lol I thought Naruto was going to be game of the year (sarcastically) but yeah it died down pretty quick [for me] cause I can't play online. :( Surprised nobody said something like Mass Effect 2 (which will be on the PS3 next year), regardless of it being an XBox game. I saw my friend play that often, and that looked pretty good. Not sure about Bioshock 2, but yeah. Next year's a pretty good year for Sony I believe.

By far there has been many great games this year.(^-^) As the ones that are in my list are... Halo: Reach(loved the fact that it has a same feel as C.E.) Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty(I was very amazed that it exceeded my expectations and loved the story.) Fallout: New Vegas(I really like the part that you can have more than one partners again and that they can't die anymore and the addition of weapon customization.) Fable III(Really love that they put chicken racing lol) Pokemon: Heartgold and Soulsilver(very cute pokemons spirtes when they're walking behing you, borght back a lot of old and made some new memories, and and really loved the pokewalker) and last but not least... Golden Sun: Dark Dawn(the best of the game mechanics are left unchannged and some of attacks are as epic as I remember and want to see what other stuff amaze me) and thats all I have in my list, hope you enjoy the games as I do.(^w^)

Ok so I have to admit, call of duty black ops is treyarch's best game when it comes to the single player. Sorry da, normally I would agree but black ops is a great game. Naruto ultimate ninja storm 2 God of war 3 Red dead redemption

Black ops and Reach are by far NOT the best games they just have a large popularity because fan boys gotta love freaking out about their NO SCOPES -_- Best games would have to be the ones that actually require skill or are actually fun. Starcraft 2 Bad Company 2 Castlevania HD (lol) BlazBlue CS Nier ;)

Bad Company 2 at the time I was playing was a very underrated shooter. I'm so excited for BC3 in the future, hopefully they don't f#ck it up and continue the storyline. Also Treyarch should thank IW for any success Black Ops has for using their engine and work.
