I know of no reason the iPhone browser (Safari) would be unable to download the songs normally. |

you add songs to your iphone via itunes because the phone doesnt have the capability to DL things from the internet properly. so just link your iphone up to your computer and sync it. this is assuming you have itunes and know how to add song files to it. |

yeah it sucks in that aspect but you get an app for just about anything xD and youtube :) i dont know about the Iphone 4 but i believe the main features that were added were video calling (a front camera) and HD screen (pointless cause to enjoy HD you need a bigger screen!) |

Well, my friend confirms your story. Apple is evil. So very evil. In any case, you can look for an app that will allow you to stream MP3 files. |

There are a few download managaer apps for the iphone that let you download off the internet. But from what I've tried on Gendou.com, it still doesnt work; even with the app. |

Yeah Haseo, I've tried a few download managers on the iPhone to download music files from Gendou but failed. I guess there's no iPhone app yet that's able to fetch files through Javascript. |

I could ask my friend later, but there's an iPad app that lets him dL pretty much any file (I think) and store it in a special place-relating to that app. I'm not sure if it's a universal app for all iPod devices though, but it's on the iPad at least. I'll try to get the name later and details. Your best bet really is to just use itunes to Sync. You can make easier playlists, and also you can have the music files already on your computer as like a back-up in case anything happens to your iPhone. ------- |

Well, i think u need to jailbreak it.. (google it if u dont noe wht it means) use cydia and browse for safari downloader.. i can dl from gendou using safari although the file name is just in number though.. for example, 6755.mp3... but if u open it it shows the artist name and title... but if u need an ordered list of song so better to sync with itunes.. just an opinion.. p/s: this is captured screen from my ipod touch, have almost the same os structure with an iphone though.. http://img36.imageshack.us/img36/8215/img0004xq.png

Cool, thanks for the info Jang. There is already a gendou app, it's called gendou.com. If the iPhone can't make use of this web app, then screw the iPhone. I will not bow down to Apple. Someone else can feel free to make a gendou.com iPhone app, though! |

I'm perfectly fine with my droid x. Droid is just a brand in verizon. Android is the actual operating system. And since there are more android devices on different carriers. More android devices are selling than iphone at the moment. Just saying. Anyways I don't want to turn this into a flame war ago I'm gonna lock the thread kthxbai. |
