Song Not found...

I requested a song here, and later, i got an e-mail saying that the song was added to the site, but when i came here to download it, i couldn't find it anywhere. I requested Party Night from Di Gi Charat, and it was supposedly added, but i clicked on the link, and it wasn't there when i searched for it... can anyone help me?
What happens when you're scared half to death twice?
