Psychic Power (Seeking players!)

Okay, so none of my RPs have ever gone through. I think my most successful one was “The Magical Apocalypseâ€, which only went for about three pages' worth of posts. But, I’m not the kind of person who takes failure lying down. So I’ll give it one more try. All right, welcome to the “Psychic Power†RP. Pick a power (mind reading, psychokinesis, etc.) and have fun with it. However, don't forget your character's day-to-day life - or maybe you do want to forget it? I won't stop you, it's your choice. But if someone finds out... well, maybe you'll appear in tabloids, maybe you'll get some more serious attention, that is to say, mainstream media coverage. And then there are "Psychic Gangs" that ruthlessly recruit psychics and hospitalize almost everyone else. It's a cruel world out there for psychics. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- RULES: -Read the RP Master’s Guide if you haven’t already. -You may post as much as you like. -DO NOT JOIN if you are not a dedicated RP’er. -As common sense for RPs. (For those with no common sense, it’s no killing other peoples’ characters unless they’re NPCs or you have their permission, mild swearing ONLY, no controlling other peoples’ characters, and no sex or especially pervy acts like groping or peeking.) -You may have up to three characters. -This RP takes place in Sacramento, California, and the surrounding communities. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The character sheet is as follows: -Name: -Gender: (male or female) -Age: (at least thirteen) -Power: (only one) -Skills: (up to five, at least one) -Description: (pic or short paragraph) My character: -Name: Brandon Decker -Gender: Male -Age: 15 -Power: Momentum Arrest (he can stop things from moving if he can touch them) -Skills: --Photographic Memory --Logical Thinking -Description: Black hair, pale skin. Rather tall. Always seems to scowl slightly. Dresses casually. Long fingers relative to hand size.

(Ahem. I believe we would need a actual location of where the RP takes place and what the actual story is about. Just starting like this makes it doomed to fail horribly. And are there limits to the amount of posting? You should think this over and edit before asking someone to join. I'd doubt anyone would join like this. I will think this one over though.)  |

Name : Jason malone Gender : male psychic power : talk to the death, this means that he could talk with the god of death, and a corpse(at certain level he could reanimate the corpse). this ability could be useful to solve a murder case. age : 23 skill : hand to hand combat, marksman description :  he was dead once, but he came back

(Cc Oda TM) Your description is acceptable, except that there isn't a 'god of death' in the world I'm creating. Also, please elaborate on how your character came back from the dead. I'm sorry; please edit again. (Cc An) I told you to edit your power, not your skills. Also, there are no angels or demons in this world.

(Cc An) No, it's not. Read the title, please! "Psychic Power"! Not "Magical"! There is no such thing as magic in the world I'm creating. You know what, for future reference, let me list some things that don't exist in this world. -Magic -Gods/Goddesses/Divine Beings -Mythical Creatures (unless you portray them as an undiscovered species; in that case, PM me first.)

Ah... I'll give this a go. First time RPing. Name: b17 Gender: Male Psychic powers: Can nullify other people psychic powers. Age: 43 Skill: Can speak in annoying robotic voice. Can collect every robotic voice synthesis CD within a 17m radius. Can control any TV with remote in hand. Can hack into any network. Super programmer. Description:  Very notable for face.All I can say is psychic powers has become very vague now with to aru majutsu and to aru kagaku. I would just like to make a side note how almost everyone else choose skills for fighting. Funny. Final side note: I don't think this thread will have a very long life.
