Can I request songs from a 10+ year old anime?

some animes are on going for a long time [or their sequence] such as saint seiya until saint seiya : The lost canvas [more than 10 years, I guess]and others. So if someone request[or upload]songs from those series ex.from saint seiya :sanctuary part [again -w-"], Will their activities violate the rules? |

The rules say: "Please do not request music released 10 or more years ago". So long as the release date of the SONG is more recent than 10 years, you may request it.
