So a new digimon series is set to premier in the month of July, titled Digimon : Xros Wars (Cross Wars). Another goggle boy as a lead, and I guess he's the only one? :/ not sure though. more details probably will be released soon? ANN news  Sooo. Opinions on how it will be? :D I hope it will be better than savers at the very least. :/   |

yeahh the main guy looks like a crossbreed from the first and the second season somehow. the digimon looks like agumon with guilmon |

The main destined looks like what Yat said, a cross from Tai and Daisuke. And his partner is a Guilmon with more sharpness it seems. o .e At any rate, I'll be watching this when it comes out. Hopefully I'll have caught up to everything by then. XD

Is that Tai Kamiya's son? :p Wow, more digimons. They should really make a full-fledged database(like in Pokemon) for different types of digimons. I lost count how many types of Digimons are there in the Digital World currently.     |

lol, looks like a 'remastered' Digimon oh well, seeing the title read as 'cross' it might be a real cross.. XP Digimon 5 was bad enough, Savers was it? I wonder how well this will do? Unico: there's one problem in the Digimon system, a certain Digimon can digivolve into more than 1 form... you could do a database by listing them by nature(fire,holy,dark) etc... you could count them one by one too... XD you wouldn't just know w/c family they really belong to, or you could if you are talented enough. I know I'm not. >.> Isn't there any digimon wikia floating somewhere? XD

Agreed, one digimon can digivolve to loads of other digimon. Not only that, there're even different version of a particular type(eg. Greymon & Geogreymon). I think Digimons are listed by their digital attributes: vaccine, virus, variable and data. So far, the only well categorised digivolution tree I've seen was in the guidebook for the game, Digimon World 3(PSOne). And yes, there's a Digimon Wiki. |

Digimon is x2932901390129 more complicated than pokemon. more evolutions, and a hell lot of digimons. like, there's alot of patamons, and they're different colored and named differently (if you played Digimon World 1 on the PS1 you would know what I mean.xD) |
