Haruhi suzumiya movie; suggestion required

hi as you pple must know that disappearance of haruhi suzumiya is highly waited for this season i recently got haruhi suzumiya pdfs vol 1 to 9 and since then i am itching to read the disappearance of haruhi suzumiya but stopping due to fear of spoiling the movie. i read a few of its chapters (not he disappearnce) and found them comparable to the anime in quality. now as a general rule any kind of novel when put to movie or drama spoils it a lot but the chapters which i read were really comparable to the anime (mostly due to kyon's acting) i ask of you pple is that: 1 shall i wait for a while for the movie to come out? 2 or shall i go ahead and read the novel those who have read the novel or seen the movie shall have a higher priority for this question looking forward to your answers ahmed771 |

I've read some of the earlier novels, but none of the later ones. Anime is always based off of something written, manga, novels, etc. You could read it first, cause the novels are pretty detailed, even the anime won't be perfect, but you'll know everything, it's just the matter of seeing it animated or portrayed in whatever way they decide to do it.

go either way.. watch then read or read then watch ... if you like spoilers then go ahead, i watched the anime first then read the novel..and was surprised about certain scenes in ep 00 that was further explained in the novel and the sigh arc... though i already read the disappearance arc, so im more keen on knowing what scenes/details would be included in the movie but if you really want to get your mind blown..then wait for the movie then read the novel... heck do what you want haha |
