Hey guys, I'm hoping this RP will really take off, unlike the others :3 Plot The Japanese Intelligence Task Force has solved the toughest cases in the world. No one ever believed that, after the Kira case, there would ever be a case the Japanese intelligence agency couldn't solve, but a phenomena that began at home in Tokyo has them stumped. It is the year 2015 and instead of a methodical way of killing felons, the new criminal has found a way to resurrect the a few very same felons that were killed by the last Kira. Murders and other felons are roaming the streets and the government fears that the former Kira will be resurrected as well. The new group calls themselves Ikioi, and resurrecting the old Kira forces is exactly their plan. Chaos has taken hold of the Japanese Intelligence Task Force and forced them to create yet another special force. Unfortunately the highly classified files containing information about the Kira case has been buried deep in the restricted volts of the Japanese government and not even L's successor knows where they are. The new task force must first track down the old files and then figure out this new mystery. [Don't worry if you don't know anything about Death Note... this RP will have virtually nothing to with the old Death Note plot... but the original characters will be involved to those that know them...] Rules 1. All Gendou RP rules apply here 2. No one liner posts 3. Three character limit (might change later) 4. All actions must be PG-13 5. No God-Modding 6. No all powerful characters 7. Don't kill a character without clearing it with me and them first 8. 3 posts per day limit (may go down depending on the number of players) 9. STICK TO THE PLOT 10. He is a bit on the serious side and doesn't really like jokes or fun much... but he's not a total stick-in-the-you-know-where. Bio: He led a strange life until he left for college. His parents lived on the wrong side of Tokyo and he grew up surrounded by some of Japan's most feared criminals. Her lived though the Kira phenomena, but was too young to remember all the details. He graduated from college and entered the police force five years prior to the new Ikioi outbreak and is now the director of the squad. Appearance:  NAOKI "O" Age: 23 Gender: Female Occupation: Detective Role: Task Force Weapon of Choice: - Her Mind - Hand Gun Special Abilities: - observational skills - reasoning skills - inductive skills Personality: She isn't quite as quirky as her predecessors, but O has a good many of her own strange attributes. She is intelligent and funny, she loves to make people laugh and will often turn the most serious subjects into a comedy. Bio: She was an orphan who grew up around L, Mello, and Near. She has one of the sharpest minds on the planet and can only be rivaled by those who were around her when she was young. Even though she is 23 she is a freshman at a local art university and is studying to become a manga artist. It is a part-time education because most of her time these days is spent on the Ikioi case. Appearance:  CHIYO "IKIOI" Age: 16 Gender: female Occupation: High School Student Role: Ikioi Weapon of Choice: - Life Book - Death Note Special Abilities: - Extreme Intellegence - Hacking Personality: Despite she sweet, innocent looks, she is really a methodical villain, passing off as an angel. She does not take part in petty crimes because she believes those sorts of things are beneath her. She only kills those who are in her way and those who are dealing drugs, but she loves the trill of breaking into the big name businesses and to steal money. She acts sweet, but she has a large ego, which she hides, and a big mind for crime. Bio: Her parents were drug attics and abusive. She ran away from home when she turned thirteen after becoming sick of her parents wasting their money on drugs. She lived on the streets until an angel of life, believing she would use the life book for good, touched her with her wings. From there Chiyo hacked the intelligence agency's computers until she learned about the death note and those who supported Kira. She set out to resurrect these people and begin a new age of justice and crime. Appearance:  Well off you go!!!!  |

Alright, here's the profile... Name: Kimiyo Wataru Age: 18 Gender: Female Occupation: Task Force Agent (with many talents, she can assume many roles needed in the organization) Role: Task Force Weapon of Choice: - Intelligence - Small Knife - Gasoline and Matches (to start a fire, see Bio) Special Abilities: - Intelligence - Quick Learner - Fire Knowledge Personality: Brutally honest, however despite her harsh comments she really is a nice person even though she went though so much death in the past. Bio: Kimiyo was born and raised in a small village in the mountains of Japan. However, on her 14th birthday, Kimiyo's village was set on fire, supposedly by an arsonist. Kimiyo and many other teenagers survived the fire because they were in school on the opposite side of town from where the fire started, and they had time to flee. However, many younger children and adults died because the fire spread so rapidly. The children whose parents had died were sent to live with relatives. When she found out that her older brother and both of her parents died, she was sent to Tokyo, given a small apartment there by the government because she did not have any living relatives. She went to school, and concentrated on her studies to help her forget about all of the deaths. In her free time, Kimiyo studied another topic in her spare time: fire. She wanted to learn as much as she could about the topic, and she has devoted herself to finding the arsonist who burned down her village. She wishes to burn the arsonist so they can feel the same pain of the people that he or she killed. Currently, Kimiyo is working with the Task Force on a special condition. She was able to skip her last year of high school and graduate because she had such good grades; however the government said that she had to work for the Task Force for the duration of this case. Kimiyo agreed to these terms. She is a multi-talented person, as she knows much about fires, computers, books, biology, chemistry, and history. Appearance:  |
