LEGENDS: Hero Seekers Story: Earth. The terra of life. People lived on this rock for thousands of years. We humans believed that history have been filled with just ordinary normal things, like peace and war, prosperity and famine. However, many stories are left out of the history books. These events still exist, but only through word of mouth. The accounts of the super human, the extraordinary, and the divine pass on from generation to generation. These are what regular people call, “myths.†Stories of vampires, werewolves, angels, demons, even just people with the power to change the world… They are all true. In actuality, the struggle for power and peace lies deep in the “fictional†stories of those who are ignorant of the reality of things. Villains constantly try to forward their goals by any means necessary. However, there are always Heroes there to stop them. The year is 2010. Nothing has changed, except for the fact that technology seemed to create a more fragile social structure, making human dependencies focused onto things like “data†and the “World Wide Web.†A hero’s job is gradually getting harder and harder. Two heroes, legends in their own right, felt the necessity to find a better way to stop evil in its design. Instead of matching the power of villains, they needed to gather those who could serve to be a new generation of heroes, a new generation of legends. So they set up a website, stationed at an abandoned dojo from a relative of one of the legends, they put out a call: “To all the Protectors of Peace, our time as separate entities are over. This generation requires us to stand together. Evil will come from all sides, but to protect our way of life… we need everybody. If you want to heed this call, join us, at Sensei Snow-Tail’s Dojo…†OK! Alright, here is how it is broken down. This is the continuation of THE longest story based RP Gendou has ever known, a record 3000+ posts! If you were here for it, yes, I’m talking about the Dojo. This RP would be my first, since I have never decided on a specific story for my first RP; I am providing the catalyst for everybody to create a story! The way this works: This will be a bit like DBZ, working in arcs. Each RP-er in this RP will have an opportunity to PM me their back story, or their ideas of villains for each specific arc. Ronin and I will decide on the order of how the story progresses, but when your arc is chosen, you would be honorary Arc Creator. This means, you can create however many villains, provide backstory to your character, or just plain and simple throw down obstacles for our heroes! However, scattered throughout, will be the large Main Arcs done by either me or Ronin. These Main Arcs will be the back bone of our story, where old and new RP-ers alike will find out the past of the great Dojo, and why it became the mess it is now. These Arcs would be like DBZ main arcs, where there would be a main “BOSS†and we would have to fight it. In short, anybody with a creative side could be a co-creator to an RP with nearly unlimited possibilities! Plus! Life isn’t just about fighting… in down time, who knows what could happen? Hint hint :P Here, this is the part that I really don’t like, but... The Rules! 1. Each RP-er will be allowed to have at most 2 Main Characters. Main characters all have extensive backstory, which would result in story arcs. However, you can have unlimited amounts of supporting characters and/or villains. 2. No one liner posts. As a more advanced style of RP in which each RP-er is in charge of more than just their characters, I’m pretty sure you can come up with more than just, ie, “He dodged, and punched the demon in the face.†3. Hint hint, meant real human relations are supposed to occur. From romance to sworn brothers, to just best friends, anything can happen. However, we will leave the graphic side of these relations in the reader’s imagination. 4. Never take the initiative to start a story on your own without either Ronin’s or my permission. PM both of us, (copy and paste if you have to) and we will give our reply. 5. When you start a character, it would be best to put in your ideas of your arc. This makes the process faster. 6. Yes, we are heroes, meaning really strong if need be. However, god-modding is only allowed if you decide to kill a villain in your own arc with your own character. Besides that, none of this, “I blew them all up with a snap of mah finger,†business yeah? 7. Any questions, anything at all, just ask me. I will be responsible :P 8. 3 posts per day, per RP-er. No exceptions. 9. Anything goes, so be creative with your characters yeah? I don't want to have 16 heroes with angst, spiky blond hair, and a big lump of iron for a sword. 10. When posting character, please include, Name: Gender: Age: Appearance: (pictures recommended, but you can just describe if you want) Fighting Style/Abilities: (I suggest you start a bit smaller than usual, since you would want room to improve throughout the RP) Small backstory: (everything else will be part of the story ^.^ ) Now, please join us for the newest RP Arc Story Style! Name:Shu Gender: Male Age: 19 Appearance:  Fighting Style/Abilities: He is a newly bitten vampire, but he had continued to train under Snow-tail, learning physical combat as well as military tactics. He has acquired a power to use a heightened sense of strength and speed due to his vampire side. Small Backstory: He is the sworn brother of Zi, ever since the two orphans found each other on the streets. He got lost one night without Zi and was left to die after being bitten by a vampire. He found Zi several years after, when he had become a legend and had helped Snow-Tail create one of the most successful dojos ever. Now, Shu decided to team up with Ronin to revamp the lost dojo into a place where heroes gather, to prevent another horrible incident happening again... Name: Zi Hao Gender: Male Age: 19 (seemingly deceased. Again) Appearance: 6 feet tall, black hair, with a white martial artist's robe. Fighting Style/Abilities: After sacrificing his life for the dojo before, he was granted the permission to learn the 5 God Fists to further protecting the world. He also knows how to control sound with his Er Hu (chinese instrument) Small Backstory: The self-proclaimed "Guardian Angel," Zi never stopped protecting everything he knows. Little did he know... that there was no way for one person to protect everything... He disappeared along with when the Dojo was destroyed. |

My cousin is the well known sensei snow tail Description: Has many ninja weapons hidden. is a master of the Mujushin Kenjutsu and is a blade-master *uses wakizashi and jitte to fight* knows the shinobi arts, hand to hand combat, modern weapons, alchemy, magic, and a few other hidden talents. Name: Fenris Gender: Male Age: 23 Appearance:  Fighting Style/Abilities: Endless Sky: Fenris has magical abilites to counter, misdirect and manipulate other abilities to a limited degree. He also can copy most abilities he sees, although their power is signifigantly decreased. Deep Sea: A unique fighting style that evolves as he keeps using his abilities. It combines moves and skills of the styles he has seen, making it a tricky style to fight against. Small backstory: Fenris awakened in an apartment he didn't remember entering, there was clothes that were apparently made for him. Someone had left him a note that mentioned a dojo of Sensei Snow-tail and spoke of somekind of gathering of protectors. As it seemed a good cause he decided to head for this dojo.   |

I'll join, reserve a spot for me. Name: Setsuna F.Seiei Age:21 Gender:Male Appearance:  Abilities:Setsuna already knew how to work with a wide range of firearms, close-quarter-combat, use of explosives, infiltration, and other areas of guerrilla warfare by the age of 10. His 5 year hiatus didn't dull his piloting skills at all, his combat capabilities were refined as his CQC skills and aiming showed improvement. He can anticipate movements and actions of his opponents and sense impending danger from far distances. Backstory: Setsuna since young have been battling against Vampires all his life, though he was bitten and changed into one. He hate all vampires, and would kill any who he sees as a threat to mankind. He is also known as the bounty hunter. Is usually scouted to rid of any rogue supernatural creatures especially vampires.  |

Name: Kanata Isugi Gender: Female Age: 16 Appearance:  Fighting Style/Abilities: - Kanata does have some sort of magical abilities, but she does not know what they are or how she even activates them (again, this is explained in the back story) Small Backstory: Kanata has no parents and no siblings. Her parents both died in a house fire when she was very young (only about 3 months old), however she somehow managed to survive. Her Aunt Ai (which Kanata calls "Auntie") took her in after the fire, and she lived with her having a seemingly normal life until she became thirteen years old. With that, odd things started happening around her; electricity would randomly go on or off when she entered a room, books would physically take themselves off of bookshelves and rearrange themselves in front of her, and she can swear that she sees this black blob out of the corner of her eye at times. And, with a little help of the occult club, she has determined that she does have some sort of ability of the unnatural. Just recently, a little more light has been shed on these problems. Her aunt has given Kanata a small wooden chest that was once her parents', a chest that also survived the fire. If only Kanata could open it to see what was inside... Kanata is very interested in the occult since she did much research about it when searching for an answer to her problems. She is also an avid reader, and she loves books. She is a very smart individual, and she is also very caring to her friends. However, she is a terrible athlete, and she couldn't cook if her own life depended upon it.  |

Name : John Spartan Alias : Noble Age : 20 Gender : Male Appearance :  Fighting style : Advanced Human CQC ( close quarters combat ) Super human reflexes / strength Advanced weapons and tactics Backstory : John was Five when his father opted his body up for human experiments. John awoke when he was 17. He had awakaned to find himself grown up and educated. His memories were Hazy and he somehow knew all the things he needed. They called him Noble, the first british and first specimen to survive the spartan project. After the Spartan facility mysteriously dissapeared after 3 years of extensive training the only survivor John "noble" spartan had no strings and nothing to hold him back. the government chased him but he went MIA for a while and layed low. John was able to fight , run and react faster , stronger and better than normal soldiers. his advancec exo-skeleton mad ehim that way. after a few months of searching he heard about a Dojo where msyterious people gather. maybe he would find a home here. |

(ooc: Alright, let's do this!) (Shu - Dojo Remains) Shu walked through the decrepit rotting door that led to what was one of the best dojos in the world. His heart sank. This was not the dojo I wanted to come back to... ~1 year ago~ "I have to get stronger, Zi. I can't just rely on you and everybody else saving me and helping me all the time!" Like that one girl that made this reunion possible, brother... Zi could do nothing to stop him. "If you want to go fight evil, fine. Just know, that me and Snow-Tail would always be here. I'd come with you, but... I have an obligation here." Shu picked up his bag and nodded. "Don't worry. I will be back. I've been through enough to know that this life is precious." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ What happened with you always being here, brother? Shu walked through the mess. There were no place left unscarred, except for one room... Snow-Tail's room... ~3 months ago~ Shu was pinned against the wall by the monstrosity the Silver Star Organization called Diabolos. The giant demon was going to kill him. It raised a blade looking arm and was about to pierce it through Shu's heart. No... This won't do... Shu struggled to move out of the way, but the demon was too strong. As he saw the blade strike, Shu mangaged to edge his body right, so the blade missed his heart. Shu grabbed the blade that connected him to Diabolos and used all his strength to twist the blade. The demon laughed at his attempts. The gurgled cough-like noise that came from Diabolos was a horrid sound. Then, Diabolos flung Shu down the mountain, while the Silver Star Organization, or the S.S.O., watched with smiles on their faces. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Could he... still be there? Snow-Tail... but if he is there, then.... Zi! Shu turned from his position to run towards the room he shared with his sworn brother... only to find the entire section of the dojo gone. All that remained was the Er-Hu instrument that Zi always played. It couldn't be Zi's... He never went anywhere without it... He pulled on the neck of the weapon and twisted it, only to reveal a slim sword. It IS his... but that means... ~1 month ago~ Shu held out his phone and called an old friend... "Hey Ronin... yeah.. I decided on it. I've created the website. It's all over. Just that message. I included the place to meet at. When I'm done here, I will join you at the Dojo." He snapped it close and looked at the computer screen. He continued to link his message to various websites... And to think... I didn't even have a bite to eat as a child... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Could this be over... before it began? Shu walked back to Snow-Tail's room, hoping to find his old master there. |

*snow tail is slumped over on his bed his once pristine hakama and keikogi stained an din tatters even his diasho is in a state of drunkeness leaning against the wall at a sloppy angle its wrappings and saya dirty and damage his fur is grey and his once white fangs are yellow and around him are A LOT of empty sake bottles* |

(Shu - In front of Snow-Tail's Room) Dare I go in? The only safe haven I have known has... has... Shu took a deep breath and pushed open the door. He was completely caught off-guard. His once-noble master had become a staggering drunk. "Master! What... what happened to this place? Where is everybody? Where is Zi? How..." Shu was overwhelmed at the sight. His haven was a haven no longer... ~9 years ago~ "My name is Shu Ting Hwang. What's you name?" "Chen Zi Hao. Call me Zi. Your name is a bit odd... I don't think there are many people with Shu as their family name." "It's not... well... I don't have a family name. Well at least I forgot it. So I made one up." "Hahahaha... do you even know how to write it?" "I don't know how to write at all.. I was only three when my family left me..." "Hm... me too. My house was burned down because my uncle owed money to a gang. I was the only survivor... Well, since you are already here, why not stay? There aren't many bridges to live under, and I think I have enough provisions for 2 people." "But... I... I've been wandering all this time alone... I don't know how to.." "It's settled. Since neither of us have a family, we'll be each other's families. From this day foward, I'll be your older brother, always to stand by your side as the family you never knew." "And... I'll be your younger brother... Alongside in this family we now share." "Great. Well I managed to snatch some milk from a grocery store a long way from here, so why don't we toast our newly formed family?" "Thank you... (I have to join!!) Name: Ruki Ohayashi Gender: Female Age: 18 Appearance:  Fighting Style/Abilities: Slight knowledge in the katana Small backstory: Ruki had once been apart of the dojo -- but left before it was destroyed. Unable to stay away she comes back to try to pick up her training. Not prepared for everything to have changed. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ruki walked up to the doors, her eyes wide -- pushing her brown hair out of her eyes making sure everything was real. But..but...it can't be.. She slowly stepped threw the door of the Dojo. Everything looks almost...it looks so...run down. Sensei? Zi? How could you guys let it get this way?? Her feet slowly made their way to Senseis room with out needing any guiding from her brain -- she had walked there so many times before any ways..She peeked into his room and her eyes widend even more. "Sensei!!?!"  |

[ Path ] Noble Was walking down a path holding a note and a map. He looked over his shoulder and turned round . He knew he was bieng followed but he didnt know by who or where. He was wearing a Huge cloack and hood to cover his armour. A small bag over his shoulder but he still towered a 7 and a half feet above normal people. The small bag over his shoulder housing twin SMG's and his cloack concealing the battle rifle attached to his back . He turned round and saw the flash of a blade swing past his shoulder. He didnt move , He knew a blade of this calibur and this technique wouldnt get through his armour so he raised his arm and blocked it . " You are from....the Noble project ..." Asked Noble " You think you could get away ...we will always find you " Replied the scout " Youre wrong , ive been missing for months and youre the first scout to find me ...meaning you thought you could take me in before you lose me again , also meaning ...youre the first one to fine me " Noble laughed Noble grabbed the scout lifting him high above his head. The scout had doubted honestly how fast noble would be and also how strong he was. He flew over his head and crashed into the ground. in his moment of paralysis noble had alread reached around and pulled a SMG out of his bag and had it pointed at the face of the scout who had followed him. He clipped off teh safety and sighed " I'm sorry but i cant let you tell them where im heading , i dont wish to take lives but i judge you and i cant let you go " Noble 's visor shined "No...wa..." A loud bang made the birds on the mountain path flutter and and fly out . Noble threw the body off the cliff and layes his head low and carried on walking. [ Outside the Dojo ] Noble had finally gotten to where he was heading and he dropped teh map and picture he had in his hand. this Dojo he had been so looking forward too was in ruins. Was this really the sanctum that he was going to call home . He walked up to the doors as his cloak fell off his shining armour reflected the sun as he stood still. " Where am i ..." Noble said aloud |

(Shu - Snow-Tail's Room) "He's... dead? But..." Shu quickly lifted Snow-tail and placed him on his own bed. In a sort of a quiet fury, he tossed the sake bottle Snow-Tail was holding and smashed it against a wall. Then he heard a familiar voice. He turned around. "Ruki? I... Watch sensei for me. I need air.." He left all the room and walked out. He walked out of the shade. His skin started burning and was about to set on fire. I thought you would always be by my side?... I can't lose another family Zi... Not again... He heard an odd voice that seemed to have come not far from here. He turned around and walked back into the shade. He went to the main gate to find someone with shining armor. "Are you here for the gathering? If so... You found the right place. Unfortunately..." |
