Hey guys, I just got a new Wacom tablet and I would like to use it with my Linux computer. Unfortunately I am having trouble figuring it out. I personally know more about Mac, and would use my apple laptop, if it didn't belong to my school >.> Anyway so far this is what I've done. 1. I tried to install using the disk the sent me for Mac and Windows. (obviously that failed) 2. Went to the wacom website and followed the links to the 3rd party download site. 3. Followed the instruction and succeeded in undoing half of my Linux programing. I have thought about using wine to run the software they sent me, but my dad advised me against it and with good reason. So do any of you have an idea? |

Good to know there's another Linux user here^^ Well, for your tablet, have you tried The Linux Wacom Project? Also, what flavor of Lunux you're using? Ubuntu? Debian? SuSe? Red Hat? |

I use Ubuntu!! Yeah I checked out the Linux Wacom Project and it seems as if they have yet to come out with a program to accommodate my tablet model. Or so that is the conclusion I have reached after a week of trying all the programs listed on the web page... So I'm still out of ideas. XD |
