Well, for whomever hasn't seen the new anime `Nyan Koi!`, you should be in for a rather unique anime with a premise like none I've ever seen before. [ Taken from Wikipedia: ] Junpei KÅsaka is a second-year high school student who despises cats and has an allergy to them. It just so happens that his high school crush is Kaede Mizuno, a girl who adores cats. One day, while walking home from school, Junpei kicks an empty can and unfortunately beans the local neko-jizÅ-sama (guardian deity of cats). He finds he can now understand what cats are saying, including his family's own ill-tempered cat, Nyamusasu. However, if he does not grant 100 wishes from cats, he will turn into a cat himself, and die of his own allergies. I watched episode 1, and am just waiting for my internet to return so I can watch episode 2 — but this anime has REALLY taken me by surprise, and is something I was able to watch and laugh with after just the opening 30 seconds. The idea is original, funny, and entertaining — and something everyone should at least check out. It's something that I'm sure lots can find appealing ~ |

Yeah, it's really good. I want to start reading the manga so I can get a good head start on the anime and get alittle farther along. So hard to wait for a weekly episode for something like this *~* .. I also love how Junpei has his eyes looking similiar to a cats, if anyone else noticed that. Not sure if that plays into the story at all yet, though ~ |

Wow, just watched episode 2 with my highspeed back up; and I loved it! Moment I saw Kanako I could tell who she was from the opening and ending, and couldn't wait to see how that unfolded. I love their past relationship as close friends and that whole misunderstanding over the doll; Kinda sad too! D: Either way, it seems another love interest for Junpei has come along, even though I'll still ship him and Mizuno. Also I loved how everyone just flipped when they saw Kanako looking normal! What a sudden turn, eh? Great story so far! ~ |

Hrmm.. I do agree that this anime is different from the other anime and it is funny and this anime makes you wanna watch more of it.. |

rofl another funny anime to watch this season XDD this anime is great for me since i'm a kitty lover lol :3 but seeing how Junpei reacts with the cats sends me laughing Mizuno who likes cats but don't got any at home, and Junpei who hates them but have some at home, i'm sure this anime will turn out to be interesting c: lol i need to watch episode 2 soon XD    |

Episode 3 just got thrown up on the site I watch all my anime, now I just gotta wait about 24 hours or so for the subs to come! Maaaan, episode 3 looks like it's gonna be really good. Like best yet with how the preview was, rofl. |

ROFL @ Episode 5, mah gawd, that was probably the best episode yet and not a sinlge cat request! I mean, I laughed like I was on some kinda wacky drug ( xD! ) because the whole episode was full of laughs from beginning to end! However, since Mizuno now knows about Junpei, it seems it's gonna be an all-out dash to the finish for who gets with him; though we're prolly looking at a ending that has everyone still trying, leaving it open for viewers to decide. That girl in the end of 5 knows Junpei is cursed though, and not only that she said it to where Mizuno heard! Episode 6 looks to be great when it comes out, for both laughs and some good story development ~ :D This anime is so amazing, mah gawd *~* .. |

I find this show very harem like. It depresses me every time i see this main character pimp more girls when I dont even have one. Though, humor is quite enjoyable for me.

I read some of the manga like a while ago, and the anime is awesome, I love it. Definitely my favorite this season, excluding the fact it's really the only new one I've seen. There's like literally 20 other titles I need to check out still, but yeah I'll manage my time a bit, since I'm going to take a break from playing UFC: Undisputed and get back into watch anime for pointless hours and posting here. >:3

mizuno is moe...~ and that twintail futago is quite hot too, especially because their tsundere & denpakei attitude...and the one who voicing those twin is my fav. & beloved Haruka~  visit aolas.soup.io for your usual dose of seiyuu pics |

Episode 6 was pretty awesome, and I loved how Junpei was able to get two girls in one episode to like him, haha! However, I think episode 5 is still the best one so far ~ And it certaintly is harem-like, but the show pulls it off really well without being super obvious like other anime. I like all the individual relationships that Junpei has with the girls, as each is unique and expanded on! :O And YES, DA, Nyan Koi is definitly one of the better this season; and probably my favorite as well, when Im watching like 9 new series that started up, xD! Nyan Koi is climbing my all-time list into the top 10, as long as it finishes strong and doesn't dissapoint, we're looking at a possible top-5 for me. Not a single episode has been a let-down, and each week is something new and enjoyable ~ |

It's totally a harem but in the least sense imaginable, plus it's a major comedy by default. I love it though, it's pretty awesome and the show's great, but possibly another shortie. I'm pretty familiar with every seiyu involved in this anime, the female ones for sure. The twintailed girls are friggin' awesome, talk about a dangerous duo, but Akari is FRIGGIN' WIN!! Underclassman my butt, such a typical character design but I love it every time and it's never played out in my book. The cats are so funny. Tama and Noir are awesome, but find me strange but Noir's cute (the seiyu helped). ;P I also love the "Oh My God! Pineapple!" in the end, rofl.

Yeah, sadly it probably will be a short one.. Hopefully, it can gather enough support for a season 2? I mean from everything I hear it's getting nothing but positive reviews and the manga is doing well also. So, who knows? And the cats are great; I loved how Tama went to protect Noir from the dogs, then at the last second he fell apart and couldn't do it, haha. But never fear, womanly yet more manly Noir is here to save Tama froooooom ... getting a bath from dogs :| ... rofl, pretty great stuff. I'd love to know how the idea for this manga/anime came around, haha. And yes, the twintailed twins are pretty awesome, but Mizuno still has my heart *~* .. |

I saw that about a lot of anime, but it never happens even half of the time, so I learned to just enjoy what we get and hopefully the company allows a continuation. Plus it depends if he fulfills 100 requests by the end of the anime, and we're about half way done already. That's just a possibility anyways, but if it ends without him finishing, it'd be abrupt. The funniest thing watching episode six, and I dLed this slow version of it. Of course I re-dLed it, but it was cool seeing the OP song played in slow motion. It was almost like an male accoustic version of it, and it sounded awesome though. XD

| haha my favourite part is watching him grudgingly help the cats out, especially on that school trip where he has to smuggle a cat along (and ends up helping a ton of cats while there) |

hmmm, i would say i like Ichinose. She's kinda cute when there is thunder^^... but still hope it will be a 20+ eps series, though good chance it would be 13... Im not much of animal lover, but its so nice to see humans helping out animals, willingly or UNwillingly... and to some posts abt the TWINS, yes they are very cute, but their interests just freak me out.... honestly, MISFORTUNE??
