Who do you think are the best brothers/sisters?

Hope this is not a repeat. Recently, I've been watching an American horror/drama series called Supernatural, and the most driving theme in this series is family. Specifically, brotherhood. The two main brothers are mind-blowing in their devotion to one another, and it makes me tear up a little whenever I see them. Now, as for anime... there have definitely been some brotherly/sisterly duos happening. So, who do you think are the best? Some characters to consider: - Ed and Al from FMA - Itachi and Sasuke - Ichigo, Karin, Yuzu from Bleach - Seto and Mokuba Kaiba from Yugioh - Lelouch and Nunnally from Code Geass - Sho and his brother from Whistle! - Hikaru and Kaoru from Ouran ... as well as other non-anime siblings from various other works. (Eragon, Narnia, Supernatural, Star Wars, etc.) EDIT: to make this thread a little more interesting since many of the most obvious ones have already been named, please give the reasons as to why one particular pair of siblings seems the best to you. Just to spice things up a little and promote some discussion. |

Vash and Knives is one of my favorites. Maybe Kyon and Kyon's little sister, Yui and Ui, Negi and Nekane, the brother/sister(s) in D.C./D.C. II, etc. The whole Itachi/Sasuke story is pretty in-depth, if you've read the manga. Like, the entire Naruto anime, developed from actions from Itachi (which no fan really is aware of unfortunately).

edward and alphonse elric from fullmetal alchemist itachi and sasuke uchiha form naruto ichigo and his sisters from bleach joey and serenity from yugioh leo and luna from yugioh 5d's lelouch and nunnally from code geass Hikaru and Kaoru from ouran high school host club sakura and touya from cardcaptors sakura/tsubasa chronicles |

Sam and dean are an awsome team. Sam is the awsomeist. I mean he's a bloody half demon. And ruby was HOT in her second body

In this seasons premies he was pretty cold to Sam but then again Sam did trigger the end of the world

Hmm... Guess I'd go with the Tsukasa-Kagami combo from Lucky star... Cuz everyone else has named off the best ones already ^_~  |
