can't get rid of this..

uhmm..can anyone help me how to get rid of the blue something background in my icon?? it's in the letters/name of the icon and its like a blue background in it...i hate it when i keep looking and it irritates me...i've tried to change the themes several times and it wont come off...anyway here's a screenshot...  |

Right click "My Computer" and click "Properties". Once the Properties window is opened, go to Advanced tab then click the Settings button for Performance. Then on the checkbox list, check the "Use drop shadows for label icons on the desktop" check box.  Then Apply, then OK, then lol it's done.  |
