A sound soul rests within sound mind and sound body. It's been ten years since the Demon God incident in which Death City actually grew legs and walked. Now Soul, Maka, and the others are all teachers in Shibusen. It's time for the new generation to take a stand. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rules: -NO spamming, auto-hitting, godding, or character-jacking. -Romance is fine, but keep it clean! -Create your own characters! I can't stress this enough! -Use novel style. Reading scripts stresses me out. -Comedy in battle is fine, but keep it realistic! Dying by banana peel is NOT acceptable! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Setting: (Soul Eater fans skip this part) Death City is in the middle of some unspecified wasteland. In it is Shibusen, the school for Weapon Meisters. Heading up the school, and in fact all of Death City itself, is Shinigami. Shinigami cannot leave Death City. Therefore, when he has business, he'll send out the students of Shibusen - or in extreme cases, his personal weapons that have collected 99 Corrupted souls and 1 Witch's soul. These weapons are called Deathscythes. A weapon is not exactly human. Being a weapon is hereditary. A weapon takes human form most of the time. When it doesn't, it takes the form of a weapon (duh) that the Meister uses in battle. Oh, and weapons and humans can... interbreed, in which case the child is always a weapon. Weapons can also be Meisters. A Deathscythe can undergo a partial transformation that allows it to fight without a Meister. It can also function as a regular weapon. A witch is never an easy fight. Witches have magical powers that can quickly devastate an unsuspecting Meister and weapon. When there isn't an urgent mission that needs doing, Meisters and weapons alike attend class normally. Except for Rogue Meisters and their weapons, which have their own agendas and generally hate Shibusen and its adherents. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's the character sheet: Meister Name: Gender: Age: Appearance: (Picture and/or description) Role: (Please pick Student or Rogue unless you have my permission to choose otherwise.) Skills: (One of these MUST be proficiency with the weapon/weapons used, and you may have up to five others.) Bio: Personality: (Keep this one short) Weapon Name: Gender: Age: Appearance: (Picture and/or description) Weapon Appearance: (Picture and/or description) Bio: Personality: (Keep this one short) Resonance of Souls: (if applicable) Resonance of Souls is a technique that sends the Meister's soul wavelength into the weapon. The weapon sends it back after amplifying it. This process is repeated several times, resulting in a powerful attack. No two Meister-and-Weapon pairings' Resonance of Souls is the same. If the weapon and Meister do not have an extremely good relationship, then they cannot perform a Resonance of Souls. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here's my sheet: Meister Name: Toru Tokino Gender: Male Age: 16 Appearance: Black hair, somewhat gangly. Doesn't smile. Role: Student Skills: Dual Chainsword Proficiency, Good Reflexes, Wavelength Shot Bio: He lost his parents to a witch, eight years ago. Since then, he hasn't once smiled. Personality: Shrewd, somewhat rude too. Weapon Name: Kyoko Kirisawa Gender: Female Age: 15 Appearance: Long brown hair in a ponytail, somewhat inexpressive face. Always wears a blazer and tie. Weapon Appearance: Two swords, connected at the hilts by a chain. Bio: She's been dumped by Meisters more times than you can count. Something about being too difficult to wield. Her partnership with Toru is the longest yet, at two years, so she's hopeful but afraid. Personality: Extremely polite, as well as perceptive. Resonance of Souls: Ten swords, all of them connected by chains, lash multiple opponents to the nearest structure. Lasts for ten seconds.

Personality: Calm and kind. Kouhei &Reika  Resonance of Souls:Not yet they have a good friendship though.  |

Meister Name:Kenji Kurayami Gender:Male Age:18 Appearance:  Role:Rogue Skills: -Flash Step:enables the user to Move Lightning quick creating a blue flash as he uses this skill. -Clone:Able to make clones using the air around him. -Battou-Justu:Enables the user to quickly draw the sword and slash at the opponent multiple times in quick succession then puts the sword back into the sheath. -Chidori:Named after his partner,it is a ball that is made up of lightning.It is either held in the hand or it travels through the blade of the sword. -Soul Burn:Similar to Chidori.Only it is flames instead of Lightning Bio:A boy that left the school a few months ago.He is very proficient in using Lightning and Fire based attacks.He rarely speaks to anybody who he doesn't feel is worth talking to.He is usually seen up a tree reading or in the training field practicing his sword skills,thus he is one of the more brilliant students.It is not known why he left the academy but now he goes around and became a very well known assassin in just a month after he left.He now roams trying to find something.He earned the name the "Blue Flash" as he is known to Flash step towards enemies. Personality:Cold Blooded and knows no mercy. Weapon Name:Chidori Gender:Female Age:18 Appearance:  Weapon Appearance:[Refer to Kenji's Picture] Bio:A very cheerful girl with two pigtails.She is the exact opposite of Kenji.It is unknown why she choose Kenji as her partner.She has a knack for finding things Kenji can't.Strangely enough she is the only one Kenji gets along very well with. Personality:Cheerful and Bright Resonance of Souls: Lord of Vermillion:Kenji plunges the sword on the ground and jumps high in the air.Using the Sword as reference,he creates multiple clones.The clones then use either Chidori or Soul Burn and plummets towards the ground.The Sword then flies up towards the real Kenji and he then uses Chidori on the sword before impaling the enemy with it.  |

(Shibusen - Death Room) "So, today's mission was a failure?" Shinigami asks Toru and Kyoko from a mirror. "Yeah, Shinigami," Toru responds. "That's Shinigami-sama," Kyoko corrects him. "Why do you always address people without honorifics? I don't mind, but most of your teachers do." "I don't mind either," Shinigami says. "In fact, don't tell anyone this, but I actually prefer it without honorifics. Putting that aside, though, this is your fourth mission failure this past month. You aren't nearly as efficient as you used to be." "So now you're going to harp on me for a 'lack of effort', 'rude and dismissive behavior', and 'no hope for the future whatsoever'? You're just like the Shibusen teachers." Toru turns and starts to leave. "Actually, I think you need extra-curricular lessons," Shinigami says. "One week from now, you will meet Mifune-sensei in the on-grounds forest. There, he will assign you a lesson based on his teaching style. If you fail this one, it's expulsion." Toru turns and says, "Interesting. I'll take it." "Uh, weren't you listening?" Kyoko says. "It's mandatory."
