Well... not much, but just noticed: All characters in kanon and air come in pairs or just linked with one another character... well, except for maybe minor characters. Kanon: Nayuki - Akiko Shiori - Kaori Ayu - Yuuichi(think this link is quite solid) Makoto - Mishio Mai - Sayuri Air: Misuzu - Haruko Kano - Hijiri Minagi - Michiru Kanna - Uraha Yukito - Ryuya(this too. Main character of the past and his descendant.) And well, those pairs can be found for most characters of clannad, except maybe Yoshino and Koumura. There is a Hiiragi in game that comes without a pair too. |

What do you mean pairs? I'm probably not getting it only because I vaguely remember the characters of either anime. :O

Well... how should i say that. Best friends, relatives, or something like that. Let's say, when you follow Shiori's route you will surely meet Kaori a lot. Nayuki - Akiko(She mostly appears around Nayuki and deeply involved in her story) Shiori - Kaori(Same here, mostly around Shiori's story) Ayu - Yuuichi(Well, Ayu is not paired with anyone, but her story is the most related with Yuuichi) Makoto - Mishio(Mishio only appears in Makoto's story) etc In other words for most major characters you can find a pair, deeply involved with their story. |
