recently i got a new laptop but some problems occur i'm using yahoo messenger and i invite my friend to view my webcam he can view it normally at first but after like 30 seconds it's stuck then like after a few second my ym hang and have to restart the weird thing is i can view his webcam normally though and when the problem happens the 2nd or 3rd time the windows suddenly restarts by itself and then asks that 3 things, open windows normally, in safe mode, etc~ this is my first time seeing and experiencing this kind of problem i don't know what's the problem actually or how to fix it hope you guys can help me with this    |

Try out video chat in Skype and see if you have similar problems. |
