Yuppies , definitely heard of it , nyu ~ XD . Just can't wait to watch it since I like the animated version of it (seems to have a different twist to me :P) Oh , by the way , your thread title is a lil' bit un-noticable . Yesh!! i've heard about it!! and couldnt wait to watch this movie!! But i hope the story is not based on the anime(Blood the last Vampire)... I didnt like that anime a little...(but i do like Blood+!! Diva rules!!)  |

the trailer is certainly not a let down, as well as the actress :P unlike the unsightly DBE a while ago... the first part of the trailer didn't appeal to me. An old man wielding a sword surrounded by men with more swords? Doesn't really feel like blood. But the rest, hell yes i liek that. this used to be my favorite series, i hope it turns out good however far it is from the original |

I always wanted this, and I think a million other American fans who love these types of movies, too. A fully (well, almost) asian film, with english dialog. "From the producers of HERO and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon"!? Are you f'ing kidding me? That's NUTS! From the way she was swifting in the air, I could easily tell this before they announced it though, since I'm a huge fan of HERO (my favorite movie ever). This actually looks really, really good. The director has a good helping cast. I haven't actually seen the entire anime though, but the beginning did look a bit unfamiliar. That Gianna Jun is kind of hot, add in some kicking butt and you have a fantasy right there for every male teenager. :P The music near the end was cool. I'd check this out possibly. Might be the first success of these films now...

I'm kinda weirded out by the previews for this movie because it seems like they turned BLOOD into a female version of BLADE. Still, i would kill to watch it.      |

@Sai: nope it's not Diva.. its Onigen, the origin of the vampires, the one who killed saya's father.. In this movie, saya is considered to be a "half-ling", half vampire, half human.. but for a half-ling, she is very strong.. it's a lot complicated and unlike the animated version, this one continues after the part where she kills the vampire/kyropteran, that was trying to escape in the air base.. its really cool! i can't wait for it to be released in animax! @Orange: yup, its coming out on June, in Malaysia though.. hehehe.. @kagami: the pic in my 1st post shows her red eyes.. hehehe..look at it carefully.. hehehe.. @DA: i think the ending theme or song that you heard was entitled "Electric Shadows" i think.. i forgot.. hehehe.. i'm pretty sure it was Electric something.. wahehehe... |

She rocks that uniform so well, regardless that it's longer than the anime uniform, but with all those aerial flights and walk steps, we needed some natural censorship I suppose. XD [@sakura] Hmm, I'll try to research it later if I remember. It was bad455 near the end.

@DA: go! hehehe.. inform me too once you get the title.. hehehe.. yeah, that's why she's wearing a cycling under her skirt.. i never actually imagined Gianna Jun to playing the role of Saya.. woot! i remembered something, i was watching some behind the scene of Blood, and i say Jun, slashing one of the cast in the face for real.. hehehe.. she was really shocked.. poor jun, she didn't mean it though.. @All: oh! an one more thing, another anime is turning live-action, "Bubblegum Crisis", i read it in a newsletter from crunchyroll.com.. hehe.. they say production of the movie started this May 2009.. |

watched it... liked it too bad the god forsaken mall edited the movie... all the things that make it R-13(here in the Philippines anyway) has been cut and the only gory parts left are the Cg blood and the awesome fights... plan to re watch it once It comes out in DVD which won't take long  |
