A CSS question

I'm a total idiot at css, just to state. I want to put a layout on Blogger. However, Blogger somehow doesn't seem to support external style sheets. Is there a way to incorporate external style sheeets into internal style sheets? If not, is there a free blogging host that allows the use of external style sheets? Just another question, is there a easy css tutorial anywhere? I don't seem to understand some of the tutorials on the net... Thanks coming from a css idiot... 届ã‹ãªãã¦ã‚‚ 追ã„ã‹ã‘㦠|

CSS tutorial for this site are here. Other than that, I'll need to go do a bit of research on google to look for a decent site for you. |
