Requesting help on TrueType Font Files!!

My problem is simple. I downloaded a new font type yet I don't know how to access the font. the file is there and I can view the font, but I can't use it like any other font. How do get it to where I can select it like a normal font for Word or Notepad?  |

Extract it to the font folders first. My computer > WINDOW > Font And go to font folder first so it'll refreshed the font there. It should work after that. |

Windows XP user; ==> Go to ' Control Panel ' ==> Go to ' Appearance and Themes ' ==> Click on ' Fonts ' ==> Drag and drop the TrueType font file in it. _____________________________________________ Windows Vista user; ==> Go to ' Control Panel ' ==> Go to ' Appearance and Personalization ' ==> Click on ' Fonts ' ==> Drag and drop the TrueType font file in it.     |
