Will Saiunkoku Monogatari have a season 3?

I've just watched finish Saiunkoku Monogatari season 2, but the ending does not look nor feel like an ending. I was wondering if a season 3 may be coming soon? I've not read the manga nor been following the latest news, so I was wondering if anyone have info? I've been searching and there's nothing said about season 3...

| While I don't know the answer to your question, I will give you some basic information that I know, and you can make your own judgement. While there is a manga, SaiMono was actually originally a series of light novels. I imagine that there is enough material to make a third season, but whether there will be one is something I don't know. |
