Any Xenosaga fans? i was wondering when do you think the third episode will come out and Who's your fave Xenosaga characters?^_^ I just hope the 3rd episode will come out soon though...-_- Anyway My fave char is Shion Uzuki and Jr.(Rubedo)! What's yours guys?!  ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

Damn, I'm so behind...haven't even finished Ep. II yet. Fav characters would have to be: Shion, Jr, Gaignun, and Albedo (Love these 3 URTVs...)

It was about 2-3 years between the first and second release, so I'm thinking it'll be about the same, and it might possible launch for the PS3 if thats the case. Unless they are working on it day and night non stop right now (which I doubt it) |

Is it true that theres 6 chapters to the game? I think the story can be finished in the 3rd game. I think Albedo looks cool still. Hey, If Albedo and Rubedo(Jr.) were little robot boys when they were little how did Albedo get so tall?or is Rubedo a midget? O and I saw Xenosaga the animation so they finished up the whole story within 12 or 16 episodes so i know what will happen and everything.hehehe. I like that song "Serenity" at the end of the anime.  |

I think theres only 3 chapters...and yeah i think they are going to finish it in the 3rd episode. Albedo, Jr. (Rubedo) & Gaignun (Nigredo) are URTVs...i think they are bio-weapons so they're humans after all...bio-genetically engineered that is...Albedo's special ability is regeneration and Jr. well i think he doesn't grows up...^_^ the game said that he's ablitity is not to grow up...i could be wrong though... just correct if i am!... Yeah, I heard that the Xenosaga animation was aired last March or April, i think.can't remember...and it was all about the first episode of the game...but i haven't watch it.. And yeah I heard the song "In this Serenity" by Mayumi Gojo and I very much like it...So Nice! ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

I sure hope that there will be 6 chapters cause i really like xenogears from ps1. I think I have read somewhere that the story from xenosaga is related to xenogears and characters from xenogears will appear in episodes 5-6 maybe. I really love the story from xenogears, its' so deep. Gameplay is great too and the music is a masterpiece thanks to Yasunori Mitsuda. It's one of my favorite rpgs. Just can't wait for xenogears chars to appear in xenosaga series!!!! Whaaaa!! As for xenosaga, I also like the plot and story but I think the game needs to be less cinematic and improve more on the gameplay cause the game time is reeaaal short. I hope they won't repeat the same mistake again in xenosaga ep3(Weaver of the eternal circle of Zarathusthra). I think Jr. stopped from growing since albedo's heart was taken from his chest. Maybe its a side effect or the opposite of albedo's regeneration abilities. Fave chars = Jr and Ziggy Any Xenogears fans here?

Me I really liked it FYI: the makers of Xenosaga DO NOT have the copyright to the story of Xenogears(remember Square has the rights) so XenoSaga has no DIRECT link to the story of Xenogears because they will be sued all they could do is make visual look-alikes (eg. Zohar-Anima/ Nephilim - Elly) pity because Im sure they could have done better.  cute^_^ |

Thank you very much for the information, even though it is a very BIG baaad news for me. What the heck!! I did'nt even thought about that until now... T_T So... clonezero, do you think that could never really happen? I mean does it even have a 1% chance of possibility? Pls reply cause I'm really confused.

more info: the people who made xenogears are the pips who made xenosaga so if by some strange miracle namco gets the rights from square the next xenosaga episodes would be alot better what can we fans do ... pray and plead with square cute^_^ |

more info: Xenosaga 1's event scenario writer, Soraya Saga, had left the Xenosaga project last January...That is why Xenosaga 2 scenarios were missing something...but she did co-write Xenosaga 2...anyway, just another info about it...check zenosaga.com for more info on Soraya's departure... Xenosaga was supposed to come out as Squares but since FFX was coming out at that time...Square couldn't make anytime for Xenosaga and i think that's why they left Square...and Namco came to the rescue and signed them up! (correct me if I'm wrong though...i read it somewhere in gamefaqs.com) hey clone, what's your fave Xenosaga character? ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

It's too bad Soraya Saga left...I hope Namco and Monolith don't mess the storyline up - much less the characters. I don't think the episodes that will folow Xenosaga I will be able to match its caliber - look at the 2nd game. Namco had wanted a "simpler" story-line to follow and modified the physical characterstics of the main characters in order to appeal to a larger audience...In my opinion they should have remained faithful to their first rendition (though I admit Jr. looks alot more handsome in Episode II - but they TOTALLY messed up KOSMOS -_-) Augh and the battle system.... Nevertheless I think I have enough boost from Episode I to keep on playing and hopefully the music will stay decent. Oh and Namco planned to launch 6 episodes for those who are wondering.

a poll if Square would be kind enough to give the xenogears rights to Namco. <-- I doubt it... SQUARE is a bigtime company now. I wouldn't think they let Xenogears go...and I think Xenogears was one of their best games. Yeah I know it was a big loss for Xenosaga and me that Soraya Saga left. One thing that kept me from playing Xenosaga was the story...But I do hope they'll be able to answer the questions poundering us from both Episodes 1 & 2. I agree with yah Miko. I really didn't like KOS-MOS' appearance in the 2nd one...They made her look too old. (Hey I thought she looks like an 18 year old girl? <- description from Ep. 1) But hey! Shion was much more hotter and Jr. was cooler than before... The music, well notice that the Xeno 1 all the BGMs are like orchestral and in Xeno 2, the only orchestral BGM was in movie scenes...(sorry just wanted to say that...-_- because the BGM in 2nd miltia makes me crazy..) Wow! 6 Episodes! that's nice!^_^ and bad for my wallet -_- Miko who is you're fave character? Uhm...hey, I just noticed were going out of the topic... but hey!i don't mind...and you guys don't mind? Hehehe - rujz to tell you the truth this is the first time I've even read the first post -_- I shouldn't do that. More on KOSMOS - the new voice actress is HORRIBLE. It makes me CRAZY! Namco did more tampering than they should have...Oh well. My favorite character so far is Rubedo - he seems to have alot of depth embeded in his character including his brother URTVs Nigredo and Albedo - which I hope will be maintained throughout the series. As for the soundtrack I kinda wanted Yasunori Mitsuda to stay but I guess Yuki Kajiura's style is much more suited to the game than Mitsuda's monastic and much more mellow style.

... The changed voices really bugged me (especially MOMO) but you can't blame the American people handling the conversion from Japanese to American. They didn't have the luxury the Japanese guys had on the consistency of their voice actors/actresses because in Japan voice actors/actresses was considered as stars to a certain extent but in America they were just employees nothing more (unless they voice Bugs bunny or Mickey Mouse thats a different story) .... all in all I say blame Economics... cute^_^ |

I agree with you clone. I was disappointed at MOMO's voice and even Choas'...I'm very sensitive in Voice Actors...I like Voice Actors that can relate to the characters that they are portraying...Chaos' voice was very different. He's voice was so dull...it's like it has no life...at least in Xeno 1 it has some life on it. KOS-MOS' change a lot...like i said KOS-MOS' physical feature was much more mature than the first one well i guess that goes to her voice too...But I did like Shion's voice actress...even though she wasn't the same person who dubbed the first one...it was a little different from the first one but i like it...well we can see that Shion is much more mature and serious on the matter than before. I think the only voice actors that retained their Character were...Rubedo, Nigredo, Albedo, Ziggy, Juli Mizrahi, Capt. Matthews, Allen and Margulis... ^_^v PEACE OUT! |

Xenosaga is my favorite rpg aside from the final fantasy series. I just hate how the end leaves you on the edge of your seats with a cliffhanger! I hope that it doesn't take two years for the next one to come out.
