the answer is simple: if i feel like it. asking suspicious questions perhaps? there are rules, of course, but they are only guidelines so as to not piss me off and wind up on the ban list.

Nope. Just to make sure I won't screw up this time. As I have a very bad ending with one of those forums because I missed some of the important rules. Examples of screwing up: Banned...
