Oohh.. it's a tie between the Akatsuki(the ORIGINAL, mind you) from Naruto: Shippuden and The Varia from Katekyo Hitman, Reborn! :D

Can't really say who prevails in this group, but the weakest must be the Captains in Gotei 13 (minus 3). Don't know how Espada #1-4 are, plus Aizen, Tousen (who's weak basically), and Gin. The Vizard to me (former Captains in Gotei 13) are still a mystery to me and we haven't seen 'em since Ichigo and gang all left for Hueco Mundo. And yeah, Akatsuki's always been pretty destructive. Can't think of any other groups such as these for now.

There are so many powerfull organizations... Like the Mage world from Negima, the Spiritual World from Yu Yu Hakusho (maybe Dragon Ball's stronger, but....), the Apache Tribe from Shaman King, The Gods from Saint Seiya (they're gods, but there are so many people that kills gods in animes ahahah), the Hunters from Hunter x Hunter, the militars from Full Metal Alchemist, the Black Order and the Noah's Family from D. Gray Man, Shibusen and Arachnophobia from Soul Eater... But I gues that the "Three Powers" from One Piece are the strongest...
