Should I upload a song twice?

A while back, someone requested "Let Me Hear - Trinity Blood". I uploaded it, but it wasn't used. Now someone else has requested it again. Do I need to upload it again? Should I even do this? What's the protocol here please? |

I personally wouldn't, because one reason is that the source is not reliable.
