Can this Naruto BGM Be Identified?

I'm obsessed with the bgm in this episode, it's at 9:43 in this video. here at 9:43 Does anyone know if it's ever been officially released? If not I'm going to have to download all the episodes that have it and try to paste together parts that don't have sfx over them, and I really don't want to have to resort to that. |

Your best bet is Toshio Masuda for artist name. He composed the OST for naruto. |

I think I've downloaded every Naruto bgm on this site though. I'm just trying to find out if this track was ever even been released, and I've found downloading every conveivable Naruto track to be somewhat innefficient. I don't think Naruto OST 3 goes as far as that story arc, does anyone know if the show uses any tracks from the movie osts, or if tracks from the show are on the movie osts? Or if there are more tracks from the last arcs on the shipuuden osts? |
