404 Error Message when trying to download

I get an error message everytime I try to download a song, no matter what it is. I get this on a new page. 404 - Not Found http://gendou.com/amusic/f82a5a689f Sorry, the page you requested could not be found. Please report this error in the Forum. Thank you. I use firefox, have not changed my settings, don't use an accelerator, or anything like that. I just click the song like I have always done, and it goes to that. |

Make sure you have Javascript enabled. Try upgrading firefox. If that doesn't work try disabling any plugins you have installed. Let me know what happens.

Strange. Have you tried from another computers? This appears to be a problem only with Firefox. Are you sure you disabled all add-ons and have Javascript fully enabled? Here are some stats from yesterday: Successful downloads: 80,775 GET Request bug: 4,750 Javascript bug: 235

I had the same problem trying to get CLOSER by Inoue Joe. I use FireFox2, tried in IE, works fine. Wierd... only happens for firefox... Most people should have IE installed anyway so its not a big problem, just makes it look like the song is unavailable... Anywho, havent had the chance to say this, but thanks for all the good work Gendou! I get all my Anime Music from you guys, and you never seem to fail. Seriously good work, its much appreciated!! |

| If you use firefox, try to re-log into gendou.com and make sure you emptied the download bar. |
